I’m having my first show of paintings in Mexico! This show is a collection of recent paintings in Guanajuato, and features the trickster Raven, who has recently flown into my canvases. Raven is the Messenger from the formless… the place where ideas are born… the infinite sea of creativity. Raven brings the formless into form, and is great to call upon when you are wanting to manifest an idea, or get a message or sign from the universe. Raven is reputed to have stolen the Sun and brought it to man… thus turning his all white feathers black. Raven is very intelligent, with a sense of humor it seems… a bit of a Trickster.
This show is here online, and can also be seen at Alma del Sol, Calle del Sol #3, in the centro of Guanajuato, Mexico.
Most of these are smaller format paintings, 12″ x 12″ , 16″ x 24″ and on up to 70 cm x 80 cm.
